The Petaka™ bioreactors introduce a new application of magnetic assisted transfection of cultured cells, with procedures designed for the Celartia™ cell culture system utilizing Petaka™ bioreactors and reagents produced by: OZ Bioscience
This process enables the transfection of cells more economically and efficiently, expressing the plasmids in millions of cells simultaneously.
Transfection can be achieved on both sides of the Petaka™ G3, with different plasmids allowing very sophisticated experiments on cell interactions through soluble and contact factors.
